Photography has always been a love of mine, and working in the retail side of cameras and processing, it seemed only logical that I become a photographer. After asking hundreds of questions about where to start and succeed in this business, I decided to work the wedding side of photography. I felt that my personality and willingness to work hard would guarantee success.

Even though I owned my own business, I offered my services to other studios. This relationship was very short lived though, as I could not in good conscience work to their short sighted business practice. I saw the need for a Wedding Studio that would truly care about all aspects of the wedding day. It is the photographer that controls the timing of the day. Many a bride and groom would spend so much of their day taking pictures that they could not enjoy their on special day. I then perfected a method of timing that would ensure all the pictures that they could possibly want and still allow them to enjoy their day. It has become the blueprint for the way Picture This does business. We ensure that the bride and groom are catered to in every aspect, but not bothered with having to worry about what to do minute to minute.

The success of Picture This is in that positive and hard working attitude of not only me, but all the other photographers I employ. After 31 years of photographing weddings I still love it. Many of my clients (now friends) keep in touch for many years. Recently I photographed the daughter of a bride I shot when I first went into business. Truly a great compliment to me and my staff.

There is a sign that hangs over the door of my office and I think it portrays our message for everyone whom enters my studio.
